This workshop is your guide on how to avoid burnout and sustain optimal performance. 

 

People assume that 'stress management' is what prevents you from becoming stressed, but if you're body has nervous system has become dysregulated, it is programmed to feel stress, even in the absense of every day stress -- to put it simply, going for a walk just won't cut it. Your body keeps the score, and it needs resetting.

Join me on March, 23rd at 19:30 - 20:30 for an evening of nervous system regulation. I will take you through an educational and informative workshop, and we will conclude with a 10 minute sound-bath to help activates your parasympathetic nervous system (aka rest and digest) moving you into a meditative state where healing and recovery can happen.
