Hi I’m Helen, certified life coach and NLP practitioner. Internationally recognized and accredited with the Continuing Professional Development Standards Agency. (Provider No: 50134) and a recognised member of the Association of Coaching. With almost 10 years of coaching experience, I am committed to helping my clients understand their personal blocks and obstacles, while giving them the clarity and courage to create the life of their dreams. At Real & Raw, I help women of all walks of life step into the people they’re meant to be.
Your circumstances are unique, which makes the obstacles and issues you face uniquely yours to work through. I’ll assist in putting your problems into perspective while helping you devise the perfect self-development plan to get you on track to reaching your full potential.
